  • Can I request to have a single logo created by you?
    I do not provide single logo services. As a designer that is passionate about Branding and believes in the power of what having a strong visual identity can do for you and your business, I feel that I would be doing the small business owners that work with me a disservice by only creating one logo.
  • What are your business hours?
    I do have a full time job during the day. In order to maintain a balance, my hours are Monday through Thursday between 4pm - 8pm.
  • Do I have to have a vision in order to work with you?
    Yes, you do. It's imperative that you have a vision for your brand and be able to communicate your vision as effectively as possible. Knowing what you want & essentially, what your brand needs, prevents unnecessary revisions and extended turnaround times.
  • What is your onboarding process?
    1. Fill out one of the forms that coincide with the service(s) you are looking for. 2. After you submit the form, it will be reviewed to ensure that we are a good fit and I will reach out in case I have clarifying questions. 3. If we are a good fit, I will send an email confirmation that your service inquiry has been accepted, along with policies & instructions on where to send your payment. 4. After reviewing the policies and agreeing to abide by them, you will send in your payment & signed contract (NOTE: Signed contracts are required for packages) 5. Once payment and any other necessary paperwork has been received, another email will be sent to confirm these items have been received & the design process will begin!
  • What is the design process?
    Assuming that all information (high-quality/professional photos and text) has been sent to me, you will receive your FIRST draft within the turnaround time indicated for the service. If you do not require any changes & approve the design, you will receive the final file(s). If you require changes, corrections will be made & sent back to you for your approval.
  • How do you accept payments?
    Since I currently do not take payments through my site, I accept payments via Cashapp or Zelle.
  • Do you offer web design services?
    At the moment, I do not offer web development services. However, web development services will be available later this year! Subscribe to my email list (below) to be the first to know when they are available!
